On Friday, May 25, 2018 at Reston Hospital Center, peacefully and surrounded by his three loving sons. Loving father of Jeffrey L., Douglas A., and Christopher C. Bowser. Also survived by six grandchildren, Kenneth, Gregory, Carter, Clay, Conner and Cole Bowser and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 47 years, Roberta Kathleen Bowser, and by three brothers, Kenneth, Dean and Stanley, and two sisters, Steinie and Susan.
