Loving husband of Sharon, father of Gary (Karen) Cole and Leslie (Tom) Stagg, Grandfather of Garrett (Amber), Ryan, Cameron and Abby Cole, passed peacefully at his home on September 3, 2020. Born on October 10, 1942 in Herndon, VA he began working on a farm at an early age and continued the principle of hard work throughout his life. Ozzie was a plumbing contractor who loved gardening and maintaining an impeccable lawn and home. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Ozzie touched many lives in both large and small ways. He was especially excited about the coming birth of his first great grandchild (Harper Kinsley). A private service will be held graveside.
