

Ernest N. Beauregard, age 83, of Fairhaven, died Thursday, October 23, 2014 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a long illness. He was the loving husband of Dolores (Ventura) Beauregard, with whom he shared 61 loving years of marriage.
Born in Worcester, he was the son of the late Ernest and Leo’Ria (Migneault) Beauregard.
Ernie was a Service Director at the former Suddard Ford, currently Wareham Ford. He served in the United States National Guard for almost two decades. He was actively involved in Scouting, Little League as well as an avid bowler. He also served on the Fairhaven Finance Committee.
In addition to his wife survivors include: a son, Wayne Beauregard and his wife Fran of Franklin; a grandson, Chris Beauregard also of Franklin; two brothers, Philip Beauregard and his wife Patricia of Connecticut and Roger Beauregard and his wife Rita of Dartmouth; a sister, Louise Carreiro and her husband Arsenio of Fairhaven; brother-in-laws, Edward Swiatkowski of Fairhaven and Carlos Dantas of Ipswich; and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Leoria Dantas.
His beloved dog and companion Ashley will miss him dearly.
His funeral will be held Monday, October 27, 2014 at 9 AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN Home of Memorial Tribute, Fairlawn Mortuary, 180 Washington St., Fairhaven, followed by his funeral mass at 10 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 74 Spring St., Fairhaven. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven. Visiting Hours, Sunday 2-5 PM.
