

Bonnie retired from Southwestern Bell with over 30 years of service in the Human Resources Department. Bonnie was also a member of the Ladies Elks Auxiliary Lodge 664. She volunteered much time to the Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois, formerly known as the Women’s Crisis Center. She had many social circles including the Card Club, the Lady Bugs, Gateway Getaways RV Club, Vegas Gang, as well as a member and past President of the Jaycees Wives Club of Fairview Heights. Bonnie’s personality radiated with family and friends; who described her as an “Angel on Earth”. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, Memaw, sister, aunt, cousin and friend; who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward E. and Bonita, nee Hood, Mueller, Sr. and a brother, Edward E. Mueller, Jr.
Surviving are her loving husband of 49 years, Daniel G. Wallace, of Swansea, Illinois; her children, Daniel E. (Jyl) Wallace, of Highland, Illinois, Scott M. (Dina) Wallace of O’Fallon, Illinois, and Joseph M. Wallace, of Swansea, Illinois; her grandchildren, Morgan (Jacob) Strausbaugh, Riley J. Wallace, Rome D. Wallace, Cash D. Wallace, Greer R. Wallace, Jack M. Wallace, and Jenna D. Wallace; her siblings, Charles “Bud” (Joey) Mueller, James (Grace) Mueller, and Rick (Patty) Mueller; her sisters-in-law, Jeanette (Denny) Weilmuenster, Phyllis (Rick) Chandler, and Geri Mueller (wife of late Edward Mueller, Jr.), a special cousin, Jan McCoy; her two best friends, Gloria Cruz and Carolyn Distler, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2015 at the funeral home with Monsignor James Blazine officiating. Inurnment will be held privately at a later date in Lake View Memorial Gardens Fairview Heights, Illinois.
