Cheryl J Gladdue

Cheryl was an administrative coordinator in the Division of Oncology at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO. She loved to decorate, do flower arrangements, dancing, and especially making jewelry.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony P. & Margaret J., nee Murgic, Culiberk; a granddaughter, Bethany L. Budwell; a brother Anthony P. Culiberk; an infant sister, Josephine Culiberk; and a father-in-law, Bill Gladdue.

Surviving are her loving husband Ronald Gladdue, who she married on October 14, 2000; her three loving daughters, Jamie (Barry) Budwell, Jennifer (Brooks) Perry and Jessica Seal; Grandchildren, Ashley & Christine Budwell, Chandra, Daniel & Emily Schlensker, Ryleigh Scovill, Rachel, Ermaleen, and Jessica Perry; and a great-grandson, Landon Nutter; a sister, Toni (Stan) Flick, two brothers, Robert Culiberk and John (Patti) Culiberk; two sister-in-laws, Cathy (Sam) Smith and Patricia Culiberk and a brother-in-law, Billy (Lisa) Gladdue; and a mother-in-law, Corinne Gladdue; and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Per the family’s request, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Jamie Budwell.

All donations will be given to the Siteman Cancer Center for Research at a later date.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 – 9:00 P.M. on Monday, April 9, 2012 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Lake View Funeral Home.

Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
