Connie was preceded in death by her parents; Carl Henry Coziar, and Lucille L. Coziar, one brother; John H. Coziar, and one sister; Carlene J. Bullington

Connie is survived by her son; Richard K. Winters (Jessica), her daughters; Glenda G. Bivens (Steve), Jennifer L. St. Jean (Steve), Tiffany C. Winters (Janet) grandchildren; Renee L. Bivens, Steven P. Bivens, Elizabeth J. Bradshaw, grand-dogs; Belle, Gizmo, Ruckus, Theo, Charlie, and Sugar, great grandchildren; Madalynn Davis, Taylor Finch, Allison Bradshaw, Hayden Bradshaw, Everett Bivens, Cooper Bivens, many nieces, a nephew and extended family.

Connie was a devout mother and grandmother. She was an employee of Walmart Inc. for over twenty-five years, additionally she worked for 508 Varity Shop in Mitchell IL. for over thirty years. She took great pride in her work and provided well for her loved ones. She will be dearly missed by all lucky enough to have known her.

VISITATION: A visitation for Connie will be held on Saturday, February 29th, 2020 from 10 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Lake View Funeral Home

SERVICE: A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 29th, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Lake View Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens.
