Dave was a super guy, great memories...  really hard to believe he's gone.  The last i saw him was 2017 and he was very healthy go getter...  Got to know him really good in Iraq, always positive, always had great stories to tell and he was the type that would help anyone out.  Kept up with him over the years, he was a bike and car guy so we always had stories to talk about... Dave I know your in a better place now so makes the sadness a little better... I am so sorry for your loss. I considered Dave a good friend. I worked with him overseas and in Oklahoma City. He was a good man with a great sense of humor. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear about David passing…. my condolences go out to the family. We were good friends during his time spent overseas …I will miss him.. such a kind man.

Working overseas, you meet a lot of angry people. Hardly welcoming to the new guy. This was not the case with David. He always took the time to stop and say hello and made me feel welcome when I was so far away from my family. He truly made my time easier overseas. He will be missed. Condolences to his family.

What a great guy to have worked with at Bagram. Always upbeat and a perpetual smile. A damn good mechanic and definite a friend to ride the river with.HONORED TO HAVE WORKED WITH YOU BROTHER.Have a snap on toolbox waiting for me up in Heaven brother. 

Dave didn’t want us to be sad when he passed. Here’s to a life well lived! 

We enjoyed a nice dinner together last April and reminisced about our time in Saudi. It was a great evening.

I first met Dave and  Diane and their children in in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He and I were co-workers here and abroad and had best time working on airplanes together. One of funniest times together,  we both rented bran spanking new Honda Accords and drove our  families out into the desert. We took turns jumping sand dunes until Dave ripped the bottom of the radiator off and I had to pushed his car with the front of mine almost 100 miles back home. The kids loved it! This photo is one of recent times spent together with friends reminiscing the old days. I am so glad to have had the pleasure to call him fellow Marine, co-worker and friend. I will miss him. 

I’ve know Dave and Diane and their children since 1991 when we met in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. We spent three years as neighbors and friends in Saudi before my family went back to the states. Even though Dave stayed in the Middle East for many years we always kept in contact and would get together on occasion when he came back to the states. The last time I saw Dave was when Dave, Mike and I went to the range to go shooting a few months ago. It was funny since between the three of us we had an arsenal. Dave was a good guy and I am blessed to have known him as my friend. I’ll miss him. .
