Mr. Boerm was a Diesel Mechanic for Harmon Bus Lines and Laidlaw Bus Lines. He was also a member of the Caseyville Marshall’s Auxiliary Police Force of which he had previously served as its’ Chief. In his free time, Don loved to hunt and fish.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruth, nee Hamm, Boerm; a grandson, Parker Boerm; and a brother-in-law, Tom Murtan.
Don is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Judy, nee Campbell, Boerm; a daughter, Lisa Boerm; a son, Brian (Lisa) Boerm; three grandchildren, Jessica Thier, Elise Boerm, and Karter Boerm; a brother, Jack (Peggy) Boerm; and two sisters, Ruth “Sugar” Murtan and Dorothy (Willard “Sak”) Saddler.
