Mr. Woodrome was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Korea. He was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Belleville, Ill., and was a great friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Mildred, nee Tidwell, Woodrome; two brothers, Charles and Augustus; a sister and brother-in-law, Lu and Edward Erhardt.
Surviving is his son, Brian (Cheryl) Woodrome of Fort Worth, Texas; two grandchildren, Heather Hensley and Jennifer Woodrome; three great-grandchildren, Kayla and Shyann Hensley, and Aiden Sumirat; a nephew, Jeff Erhardt; a niece, Sandra Erhardt; good friends, Robert Clark, Steve and Fran Dietrich, and Sharon Zimmerman; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral: A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Belleville, Ill.
