Mrs. Detrich was a longtime parishioner at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia, Ill. She loved to cook, garden, collect seashells, and make stained glass ornaments. She was a loving mother, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Bonnie, nee Franklin, Lilly; and a sister, June Madden.
Surviving are her son, David M. (Denise) Detrich of Walhalla, S.C.; a sister, Carol S. Lilly of Bonne Terre, Mo.; two nephews, Robert E. Moore of St. Louis, Mo., and Richard K. (Debra) Moore of Collinsville, Ill.; and a great-nephew, Christopher R. Moore.

Funeral: A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at the church with Monsignor Carl E. Scherrer officiating. Interment will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
