Jesse M. Powell Sr.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Wilma Ruth Powell, nee Davenport whom he married on December 27, 1948 and died on June 11, 2012; his two sons, Jesse M. Powell Jr., and Roy E. Powelll; his parents, Walter and Edna, nee Rodzejwiski, Powell; seven brothers, Barney, Walter Jr., Hugh, Bill, Joe, Steve and Edward Powell.

Surviving are his daughter, Barbara Hilderbrand; 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren; brothers, Thomas (Julie) Powell, and Jerry (Bertie) Powell; sisters, Josephine (Fred) Braun, Rose (Rudy) Feigel, Irene (Rick) Smith, Mary Powell and Marie Martinez; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Powell;

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Lake View Funeral with Monsignor James Blazine officiating.

Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
