Joyce Jean Cook

Joyce retired as the Chief Production Officer for Centerline Industries, Inc. She enjoyed taking trips to the Shrine in Belleville where she donated her time and prayers to those in need. She loved gardening; especially, tending to her roses and flowers. When she was younger she loved horses and racing horses. She was a loving grandmother, sister and friend, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Leslee R. Edwards and her parents, Paul Musser and Vonna, Rachell, nee Thomas.

Surviving are her grandchildren, Adrian (Brandon McFadden) Hooper, Amanda Hooper, and Clarence “C.J.” Edwards, Jr.; a great grandchild, Lilith N. Hooper; her siblings, Larry P. Musser, Richard Rachell, Linda Owen, and Sharon Rachelle; sisters-in-law, Jean Buchanan, Marie Evans, and Mary Cook; a very special friend, Laura Hartlein; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 12 Noon to 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Funeral: Services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at the funeral home with Father Grogan officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
