Julie, Your dad was so sweet, giving, and kind just like you!! I know how much you miss him but hold on to that peace and comfort that he is with your mom in a beautiful place. Love you!! XOXOXO

Please find comfort in the fact that your dad is at peace and with your mom.  I'm sure she has made him some fried potatoes.  

He had so much love for his family and I know he will continue to watch over all of you.  He will always remain close in your heart and someday you will be reunited in God's love.

Julie - I have so many great memories of your dad and your mom!  Your dad is finally with the love of his life!   Those two could always bring a smile to your face.  Always happy to see ya no matter where they were.  They are both missed.  You are great at keeping their memories around for your children, keep up the good work!  I'll never forget either of them!! I remember the first time I met your dad.  He showed Jane, Wendy and I the rifle he handcrafted.  He is so talented!  I also witnessed the love of a father and daughter.  I know he is looking down on you and already missing you, but probably not your cooking !  All kidding aside, heaven gained a great man.  You were truly blessed to have such great parents.  Stay strong for you and your family!

I am so sorry for your loss.  I remember the first time I met your dad.  He showed Wendy, Jane and I the handcrafted rifle he carved, he is very talented!  I still have that picture.  I also saw the great relationship and love between a father and daughter.  I know he will be greatly missed, and I am sure he is already missing your cooking . Big Larry was a family man that always loved  and took care of his wife, our dearest sister Rose.
Rose  loved him with all her heart,  as he did her.   He would do anything for Rose.

Big Larry was a devoted Husband .


Big Larry also  loved and  cared for  his Mother.
His mother was secure in the knowledge that her son was there for her.

Big Larry was a loving Son.


Big Larry worked hard to provide for the security of his family, and he gave them a life filled with happiness and  love.
He taught his children to be responsible adults, to work hard, and to do the right thing.

Big Larry was a devoted Father.


Big Larry adored his Grandchildren and taught them well.
He was their best friend and Pal who dearly loved them.

Big Larry was a proud Grandfather.


Big Larry also loved his nieces and nephews, as they did him.   
He was always happy to see them, and share his jokes and out look on life.

Big Larry was a wonderful Uncle.


Big Larry also opened his heart and home to children that were in need of a loving father figure.
He  loved  and cared for  children.

Big Larry was Caring.


Big Larry was a carpenter and  built the homes that he and Rose shared with all of us.    
Big Larry  also loved to have family and friends for big events in his home.  
He only ask that we looked  and admired his  landscaping, or his latest building endeavors.  

Big Larry was a true Craftsman.


Big Larry loved to  hunt and fish, and to put food on the table from his woodsmen's efforts.  
He was also a great barbecue chef and loved to grill and serve his special pork steaks to  the  waiting  crowds of family and friends that gathered around him. 

Big Larry was fun.


Big Larry graciously opened  his home to all of us four sisters, no matter how long we may have needed to stay. 
His  only requirement was that we peeled him some potatoes,  and he was always grateful for a pot of beans.   

Big Larry was a generous Brother-in- law.


Big Larry  could be loud, could be crude, could be rough and tough, and could be a gentleman.
Big Larry was secure in his manhood and not afraid  to show his true  feelings to anyone. 

Big Larry loved America, cared for his mother, protected women and children, and loved dogs.

We will miss Big Larry, but take comfort in the knowledge that he is in the House of our Lord with the love of his life, our dearest sister Rose.
