Michael Robert Bush

Michael Robert "Mike" Bush, age 57, of Belleville, Illinois passed away on Monday, March 13, 2023. Michael was born in Centreville, Illinois on November 22, 1965 to the late Robert H. and the late Patricia A. (nee Decker) Bush. Mike was a long time operation manager with Boling Concrete and Construction company and was renowned throughout the construction industry. He enjoyed spending time and making fond memories with his family and his grandchildren. He enjoyed taking countless trips to Branson on his Harley. He was forever loved and will be greatly missed. Mike is survived by his fiance Angela Kernan; his children, Michael Robert Bush, II (Melissa), Matthew Bush (Kelsey), Jeremiah Bush, Jacob Bush, Kole Kernan and Ashlee Golden; his grandchildren, Derik Golden, Aubri Golden, Michael Bush, III, Lakin Bush and Hank Bush; his siblings, Richard Bush (Rhonda) and Michelle Little (Rodger); his in-laws, Ronald and Shirley, Rhonda Kernan (Barry), John, Erin, Christopher and Ronald Kernan; Mike is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, dear friends and extended work family. A visitation for Mike will be held Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 North Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208. With a funeral services at 1:00 PM. Graveside service will occur Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Lake View Memorial Gardens, 5000 North Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208 following the funeral service. Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Mike to the American Heart Association, The Shriners Children's Hospital or family contributions can be made payable to Angela Kernan.
