

COLLINSVILLE- Ronald “Skip” Raeber, fell asleep in death on November 27, 2020. He was 82 years old. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Peggy of 61 years. He went into cardiac arrest and was unable to recover.
His greatest accomplishment was fathering four beautiful daughters, who love and serve Jehovah their God faithfully. Skip too, also dedicated his life to serve the only true God, Jehovah.
His life has been a wonderful one as husband, father, grandfather, iron worker, camper, and barber-shopper. His quick wit and beautiful blue eyes set him apart from others.
After serving his God, his family was very important to him. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by so many.
Skip is survived by his beloved wife ,Peggy Raeber; four daughters, Christy (Andy) Robinson, Shelley (Steve) Price, Stacy (Carl) Wendt, Amy (David) Silch; grandchildren, Jacob (Belkys) Robinson, Miranda (Kyle) Cabrera, Abbie (Shaun) House, Alison (Dawson) Carey and Rick Powell; great-grandchildren, Riley Powell, Delaney Powell, Vera Powell & Skip was looking forward to the birth of his great-grandson Jackson Cabrera who is soon to be born; he is also survived by his sister, Kathleen (Chris) Demetrulias of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his parents Allen and Janice Raeber and his beloved granddaughter, Lacey Powell.
A private family service will be held at Lake View Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
