Rose Mary Budd

Rose was a parishioner at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Shiloh, Illinois. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and quilting. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Helen, nee Hoffman, Kamphaus; her son, William F. Budd; and her sister Bertha.

Surviving are her loving husband, of 49 years, William J. Budd, of Belleville, Illinois; her children, John Budd, of St. Louis, Missouri, Michael Budd, of Belleville, Illinois, and Helen (Dan) Brown, also of Belleville, Illinois; four grandchildren, Heidi, John, Brendan, and Erin; a great grandson; her sister, Margaret Kamphaus; three brothers, Frank (Clara) Kamphaus, Tony Kamphaus, and Henry (Mary) Kamphaus; many brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois and 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2014 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Shiloh, Illinois.

Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 20, 2014 at Corpus Christi with Msgr. James E. Margason officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
