

Stanley Robert Przybysz, 75, passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded by loved ones, on July 27, 2024. Stanley was born on November 10, 1948, in Detroit Michigan, to Robert and Harriet “Bostick” Przybysz.
Stanley was a member of AA and NA, where he participated in continuous sobriety for over 36 years, and helped others do so as well. He drove stock cars for over 10 years, and was an avid NASCAR fan. His favorite driver was All American, Dale Earnhardt. Stanley also enjoyed listening to his favorite rock band, Pink Floyd, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Stanley was always ready and willing to help friends and loved ones with any problem or project. His smile and constant words of wisdom and encouragement will be greatly missed.
Stanley leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Barbara, of 30 years; sons, Scott (Candice) Przybysz, of Smithton, IL, and Nicholas Przybysz of Freeburg, IL; daughters, Amanda (Chris) Yarber, of Swansea, IL and Lisa (Pete) Newell of Belleville, IL; eleven grandchildren - Shaun, Meghan; Chris (Rarick), Collin (Rarick), Nicholas, Angel, Michael, Jake; Olivia (Yarber); and Adison and Emily (Newell); three great grandchildren; brother, Alan Przybysz; sisters, Christine Bushong, and Patricia Kaye Rigney; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded by his parents, Robert and Harriet; daughter-in-law, Laura Przybysz; brother-in-law, Bob Bushong; and sister-in-law Karen Przybysz.
A graveside service will be held on August 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights Illinois.
