(Daniel) Crockett of Swansea, Ill., and Robert J. Fithen of Glen Carbon, Ill., three nephews, Jonathan (Dawn) Hayes of Granite City, Ill., Tyler Fithen of Granite City, Ill., Daniel S. Crockett of Swansea, Ill., two nieces, Rebekah Fithen of Granite City, Ill., and Katelyn Crockett of Swansea, Ill., and a great-niece, Rileigh Hayes of Granite City, Ill.
