Vicky was born to Swayne W. Dyer, Sr., and Ruth Marie (nee James) Dyer on January 5, 1958, in East St. Louis, Illinois.
Vicky graduated from Assumption High School in East St. Louis, Illinois (1976-1977).
She enjoyed playing bingo, going shopping, and cuddling with her beloved fur companion, “Toby”.
Vicky is preceded in death by her parents, Swayne and Ruth Dyer; son, Cory Vaughn Judiscak, and brother, Ronald Dyer.
Vicky is survived by her brother, Swayne (Barbara) Dyer, Jr., niece, Tisha (David) Hampson; nephew, Swayne Dyer III; grandson, Noah Judiscak; great-niece, Ava Hampson; great-nephew, Tyler Hampson; best friends, Jeri Summers, Pam and Pops Lovett, and Cindy Viviano; and many other family members and friends.
A funeral service for Vicky will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 10:30am – 11:00am at Lake View Funeral Home 5000 N Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208.
The visitation will follow the funeral service from 11:00am – 12:00pm.
A Private Family Committal will follow the visitation.
