I have just learned that my dear, dear, Barbara Colette Stevenson died. I am heart broken.  I idolized you on stage and then became your dear friend. I had no idea! I had been planning to contact you but so much of life happened.  You save a part for me in your play over there. I feel heart broken. I know you are with your mom and dad.  Your light was taken too early. All my heart felt condolences to you Mike. She loved you so and I know you loved her.

Barbara -  It's me " sister woman".  I am in shock you are not here...on a stage. You were best Maggie in "Cat on Hot Tin Roof '. Remember sweeping first Elly awards in Sacramento for "Good bye George".....you were amazing! I am sad. God Bless you! I will light a candle for you at the Cathedral.  Bless you & all who loved you.

Barbara was so beautiful and talented. I will miss seeing her on sunny Fridays at the links.

Barbara was one of my favorite people at the Orange Art Fair. Her personality was so bubbly and full of life. She had a way of making everyone feel important. She and Michael shared something very special. I know she will be in his heart forever. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Barbara will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was a very talented actress and an even better person who made us all laugh.

The world is not as much fun without Barbara. Our kookie, crazy Barbara always made everyone around here feel better. What a gift!

I have such good memories of coming to visit Cleveland when I was young and spending time with Barbie, Uncle Hugh and Aunt Ann. Mike, my condolences on your loss.

Barbara will be missed a lot. I will miss her laughter, her jokes, and her talented tie-dye nail polish artistry.  She was genuine and very much loved.  I wish we had more people in this world like her.  You are greatly missed Barbara.  Mike, Dennis and my thoughts, prayers and love are with you.

Barbara was more than just a talented actress, and another pretty face. She was an extraordinary person. A person with compassion for everyone and a heart to serve. 

Praying that the world can know more people like Barbara.

Mike, Barbara was truly the most vibrant, passionate, funny and loving woman I have ever met!  Her personality was so big, you could'nt help but be drawn to her! Every time I go to the horse show I will think of you both. You and Barbara are in my thoughts and prayers.

Barbara, I will miss having Eggs Benedict with you @ Herb's; discussing our hero Lisbeth Salander in the Dragon Tattoo Trilogy; watching you perform in Community Theatre. I fondly remember our talks about Tiger Woods in his heyday and which dog should win the Westminster Dog Show. You always wanted the Papillon to win. I will miss your kind words to me. Kathy Tierney

Barbie was one of the most talented students I was honored to teach.
