Carmela Rizzo

CARMELA RIZZO, a cherished mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 10th 2023. She is survived by her sister Patricia Rizzo and her loving children: Lisa, James and Matthew Sinatra. Carmela was also a proud grandmother to Ashley and Nona to James, Jason, and Brantley.

Carmela was born on August 4th 1941 in Cleveland to her loving parents, Grace and Lawrence. She grew up alongside her siblings, Joseph, Teresa, and Rosalie, who have already passed away, and Survived by her sister Patricia Rizzo, who remains to carry on their shared memories.

Carmela's devotion to her family knew no bounds. Her unwavering love and support were the pillars of her children's lives, and her grandchildren brought her immense joy. Her memory will forever live on in their hearts.

A Mass of Christian Burial to honor Carmela's life will be held on Monday, May 15th, at 10am in St. Angela Merici Church, 20970 Lorain Rd, where we will receive friends from 9:30am till time of Mass. We invite friends, family, and all whose lives were touched by her kindness to join us in bidding farewell to a remarkable woman. The cemetery service will be family only.

Carmela Rizzo's love, strength, and resilience will forever be remembered. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. May she find eternal peace, and may her memory be a blessing to us all.
