David F. Britto Jr., age 69, of Fall River, died Sunday, July 28, 2013 at his residence unexpectedly. Born in Fall River, a son of the late David F. Britto Sr. and Ruth M. (Dunn) Britto, he was a lifelong area resident.
A graduate of Joseph Case High School, class of 1961, he attended S.M.U. now UMASS Dartmouth. An avid reader, he loved music and art.
He is survived by one sister; Barbara Britto of Fall River and many cousins. He was brother of the late Ruth Kappes.
His Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2103 at 10:00AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours prior to his service from 9:00 to 10:00AM. Contributions in his honor may be made to Bayside Fellowship, c/o Church of the Holy Spirit, 160 Rock St., Fall River, MA 02720. Burial private.
