Born in Fall River, a son of the late James and Catherine (Plunkett) Conlon, he was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mr. Conlon was a tuber at Priority Finishing for many years, retiring in 1998, prior to that he worked at Valcourt and Watuppa Finishing and Sterling Pile for many years.
A simple man, he enjoyed watching sports, scratch tickets and spending time with his family.
He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, including Leo Bernier, Jr. and his wife Kari, Felicia Manchester and her partner Ruben Burgos, Johnathan and Nickolas Bernier, Issiak Copp and Mia Burgos all of Fall River. He was the brother of the late Joanne Bernier, James Conlon and Margaret Ouellette and uncle of the late Darlene Bernier.
His Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 11:00AM in St. Patrick’s Church, 306 South St., Somerset. Visitation will be held prior to his Mass from 9:15 to 10:15AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River. Relatives and friends invited. Burial private.
