Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late James E. Hampston, Sr. and Alice F. (Brightman) Hampston she was a lifelong resident of the city, having attended BMC Durfee High School.
She worked at the Truesdale Hospital in the linen room and also for the former Ideal Laundry.
A fun loving person, she liked to dance and attend Pow-wows and loved Motorcycles.
Surviving: son: Daniel S. Ferreira of Fall River, sister: Brenda H. Austin of Bristol, RI, brother: Peter R. Hampston of Fall River, 4 grandchildren: Issac, Daniel, Cheyenne and George, 4 great grandchildren: Damien, Layla, Karson and Iris. She was sister of the late James H. Hampston, Jr.
