Born in Azogues, Ecuador, a son of Victor Miguel Collaguazo Simbona and Maria Victoria Crespo Calderon of Ecuador, he immigrated to the United States in January 2020 and settled in Fall River.
Jose worked in construction building houses for several years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his longtime girlfriend Rosa Ludizaca of Fall River and two children Louis Miguel Collaguazo and Sophia Antonella Collaguazo.
Visiting Hours will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter Street, Fall River, followed by a Funeral Service at 7:00 PM.
Burial will be in Ecuador.
