Born in Boston, a son of Nora (Hearne) Ryan of Fall River and the late Lawrence Ryan, he was a lifelong resident of Fall River.
Larry loved visiting lighthouses, painting, drawing, music, movies, the water, going on outings and especially enjoyed his ‘fish and chips’!
Surviving in addition to his mother and her dear friend Bobby Lane are many cousins including: Patricia “Auntie Patsy” Souza of Fall River and his friends at Southeastern Residential Services.
His funeral will be held Tuesday December 10, 2013 at 10AM in WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter Street, Fall River. His family will receive friends from 9 – 10 AM prior to his funeral. Contributions in his honor may be made to Friends of Southeastern Residential Services, 72 Kilburn St., New Bedford, MA 02740 – attention: Jeannette McDonald. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
