Natalia Lima, “Barbara”, age 83, of Fall River, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Elsie (Pavao) Lima.
Barbara attended B.M.C. Durfee High School and received an Associate’s Degree in Travel and Tourism from Johnson & Whales. She worked for Fall River Travel for many years and had experience as a hairdresser and bartender prior to retirement.
Barbara enjoyed traveling to the Azores where she lead a travel group and loved playing words with friends.
She is survived by one daughter, Wendy Lemay and her husband Eric of Fall River; two grandsons, Andrew and Colin Gervasi both of Fall River; one goddaughter, Kimmie Lima-Bryant as well as many cousins including Robin Green of CT. Barbara was the sister of the late Jerry and John Lima.
