
Born on July 18, 1922 in Fall River, a daughter of the late Enrico and Rose (Fasho) Marzilli, she had been a lifelong resident of the city.
A graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, she worked in the office at the Newport Naval Base, in the office of Dr. Salomon Slobins, and in the salesroom at the Fall River Factory Outlet before retiring in 1995.
A communicant of Holy Rosary Church, she was a member of the Holy Rosary Guild, the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary in Providence, RI, the Inn Group, and Our Lady of Fatima Council #4331. She was President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Hector L. Bilisle P.T.A. and treasurer of Counsel of Schools P.T.A.
Mrs. Boisvert loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by one son: Richard E. Boisvert and his wife Charlene of Dartmouth, one daughter: Rosemarie Rosa and her husband Louis of Fall River, two grandchildren: Christine Banville and Shawn Sivil, and many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Raymond Marzilli and Phyllis Kiley and was grandmother of the late James Sivil.
Her Funeral will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 8:30AM from the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in Holy Rosary Church, 120 Beattie St., Fall River. Visiting hours prior to her Mass from 8:30 to 9:30AM in the Funeral Home. Contributions in her honor may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472. Entombment in Notre Dame Mausoleum, Fall River.
