Agnes Mary Daly

Daly – Agnes (née Quinn), home to God on March 1, 2024. Born in New York, New York. Beloved wife of the late John J. Daly II. Loving mother of Jennifer Rosenberg, Christopher Daly, John J. Daly III. Dear mother-in-law of Dennis Rosenberg, Xiaosha Pang, and Connie Luna. Devoted sister of Kathleen Scheule and the late Mary Labuda, James Quinn, and Francis Quinn.

Cherished by only grandchild Chelsea Runey and three great grandchildren. Agnes was a top student in school, and she went on to become a teacher in New York City at the same elementary school that she attended. Agnes loved her family first and after devotedly raising her children, Agnes passed her CPA exam on the first attempt and became a successful accountant and financial planner. Agnes loved to travel throughout her life and enjoyed visiting many countries with her family and friends.

Reposing at Murphy’s Funeral Home in Falls Church, Virginia, visitation on March 15 from 2pm to 4pm, and 6pm to 8pm. Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial, St. John’s the Beloved Roman Catholic Church, 11am March 16. Interment will be at Fairfax Memorial Park on March 16 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Agnes’ name be made to the Hospice Foundation of America.
