He was born in Washington, DC on November 2, 1933. Allan graduated from Coolidge High School and received a degree from the University of Maryland.
Allan is survived by his wife, Jean, to whom he was married in 2000. Also survived by 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 1 brother and 1 sister.
Graveside services will be held at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, Va on Thursday January 10, 2013 at 1pm.
