Angela Rose Bangert

Angela, “Grandma Angela”, was born in Batavia, New York to Joseph James and Mary Caroline (Sica) Valone on January 8, 1937. She married William Albert Bangert on June 28, 1958, in Batavia, New York and again in 1995 in Annandale, Virginia. She graduated from University at Buffalo, SUNY.

She worked as a Sales Manager of New Homes Construction at Long and Foster Realtors and Landmark Communities for over 10 years. She was a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club of the Northern Virginia Realtors Association.

Angela’s family was the center of her world, and she dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting them above all else. Her legacy is one of unconditional love and deep devotion to her family. They were her pride and joy.

Angela is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Valone; her brothers, Joseph J. Valone, Jr and Carl W. Valone and her son-in-law, Douglas F. Schneiderman.

Angela is survived by the loves of her life- William “Bill” Bangert; Daughters, Elisabeth ”Lisa” Schneiderman, Christine Grey (Robert), Regina Metcalf (Randy); Grandchildren, Victoria “Torie” Prillaman (Ben), Robert Grey, Rachael Coleman (Michael), Zane Grey, Isabelle Hughes (Cody), Madison “Maddie” Metcalf, Christian Grey, Alexis “Lexi” Metcalf, Gabrielle “Gabby” Metcalf; Great-Grandchildren, Jacob Prillaman, Cameron Kouri, Ethan Prillaman, Sophia Prillaman and Lily Hughes.
