She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Philip and Clara Fram on August 29, 1932. She attended Calvin Coolidge Senior High School in Washington, D.C. Betty married Jerome Korpeck on August 30, 1953, in Washington, D.C. She graduated from George Washington University and worked as an Analyst for the CIA.
Betty is preceded in death by her loving Husband, Jerome, her Parents, Philip and Clara, her Brother David, her Son Andrew, and Daughter-in-law Rachel.
She is survived by her daughter Amy (Lawrence) Dirusso, Grandchildren Sara and Philip, great-grandchild, Magnolia, and Grandson-in-law Ray.
A committal service will be held at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA, on January 12, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
