

Douglas “Doug” Odell Clark was born in Washington County, VA on August 17, 1936. He passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015, in Winchester, VA.
He is survived by his beloved wife Patti a companion of 40 years including 19 years of marriage. One son, Mark Clark of Middletown, VA, two daughters, Lisa Clark Rudolph (Steve) of Berryville, VA and Marcella Clark Omps (Mike) of Winchester, VA.
One brother, Charles Clark (Teresa) of McLean, VA, and three sisters, Gerry Clark Miller (Dave) of Alexandria, VA, Rhonda Clark Deaver of Laurel, MD and Rita Clark Leake of Annandale, VA. Four grandchildren, CJ Rudolph, Jena Clark, Hunter Clark, and Kelsey Omps and several nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Ruby Blevins Clark and Herman “Dean” Clark. One son, Rocky Clark. Four brothers Herman, GC, Harold, and Tommy Clark. Two sisters, Beulah Clark Rains and Debbie Clark Siebert.
Doug grew up in Green Cove, Virginia until age 17 when his family moved to Arlington, VA in 1953. He resided in Arlington, VA for most of his life until he and Patti moved to Winchester, Virginia in April 2012. He worked in Heating and Air Conditioning until his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed all types of music and old western shows and movies. He was an avid Washington Nationals and Washington Redskins fan until they were losing and he would turn them off. Most of all he loved being with his wife and family and would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it.
