"Bettye" (Age 81)
Passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in Washington, DC from complications due to surgery. Loving and devoted wife of the late Alvin M. Cohen; loved and adored mother of Susan Cohen Galego (Andres) and Helene "Peaches" Cohen (James Fink); best grandma ever to Lindsey, Sergei and Alexander. Survived by her brother, Ben Weinbaum (Ann) and niece and nephew Barbara and David all of San Diego, CA. Graveside service to be held at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 10 a.m. Following the service family will be receiving relatives and friends at Bettye's home. Donations in lieu of flowers to the American Diabetes Association , Macular Degeneration Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association .
