Frances L. B. Hart passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013, at her home in Falls Church, VA. She is survived by her sister-in law, two nieces and one nephew as well as many wonderful friends and neighbors who provided much support during the last year.
Born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, she is a proud graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, where she was very active in her sorority Alpha Delta Pi. After obtaining her Master’s Degree from the University of Iowa she met the love of her life, Wilson Hart, in Albuquerque, NM, where both were launching their government careers. Shortly thereafter they were married in the magical city of San Francisco, and their happy and joyous life adventures began.
She hosted a memorable celebration of their 70th wedding anniversary last August with friends and family. In lieu of donations, may we suggest that those who are so inclined share an evening out and a toast with a loved one to celebrate all the good things in life.
