Fred Saah

Fred was born in Washington, DC to Wadie and Nimeh Saah on December 30, 1937. He attended Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, VA. On June 27, 1965, Fred married his lovely bride Grace Ghanaim in Washington, DC.

He was the President of Saah Furniture for 68 years until his retirement in 2019 and served on the board of the Unfinished Furniture Association for several years. Fred was well respected throughout his community and loved by all his employees over the years.

Fred is preceded in death by his parents Wadie and Nimeh Saah, brother in law, Sam Ayoub, sisters in law Najwa Harris and Maha Pulomena and nephew Phillip Saah.

Fred is survived by his wife Grace, his son Fred and his wife Riham, his cherished granddaughters Maya, Tia and Lina, his brother John (Pat), sisters Ellen Ayoub and Pat Bayliss, and numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren and cousins.

Memorials may be given to SS. Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church in Potomac, MD.

Visitation will be 4:30-6:00pm on Sunday June 23, 2024 at SS. Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church 10620 River Rd, Potomac, MD 20854. Funeral services to follow at 6:00pm.

Burial will be on Monday June 24, 2024 at 11:00 am at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA. Arrangements are by National Funeral Home.
