2016. Joan was born and raised in Danbury, Connecticut. She attended Lasell college and while there met Edward Levi. The two married and raised children in Fairfax, Virginia. Joan had a lengthy career as an office manager, most recently with Virginia Cancer Specialists. She is survived by her two children, Kira Williams and Matthew Levi, and one granddaughter, Samantha Katz-Levi.
