She was surrounded by her beloved husband of 51 years, William H. Spalding; her daughter, Sharon Johnson and husband Ronald and their children, Ashley Mae and Katherine Marie; her son, Douglas Spalding and wife, Theresa, their children, Allison Kendall, Holly Danielle, and William Douglas"Dougie" Spalding, Jr. Friends may call at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042 on Monday, March 8 from 1 to 3PM, and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday March 9 at 1 PM. Graveside service immediately following in National Memorial Park.
