My prayers are with the family in this time of loss.  I met Kristen once in the WRA office in the Mark Center.  I was trying to get some tickets to take my granddaughter to the Aquarium in Baltimore; she did not have any and had to send me to the Pentagon office.  I could tell that she truly hated having to send me away empty handed,  she took the time to call to make sure that they had tickets on hand so that I would not have to make the trip if they did not have them.  I was truly impressed that she took the time to call; she did not have to do this.  I am saddened to hear of her death.

May God comfort you with His peace and support you with His love.

Dear Keating family, Truly saddened to hear about Kristen. I work at the Mark Center and briefly knew her from my visit's to the office and from her running the golf tournament. She was always smiling, very polite and a pleasure to work with. Our staff here has your family in our prayers.

Kristen was a beautiful person inside and out, always doing for others before herself.  She was a joyous person to be around and always lit up the room.
