Mary Ann M. Kenny passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023 in Vero Beach, Florida at the age of 89. She was born December 31, 1933 in Montclair, New Jersey, the daughter of the late William A. and Charlotte M. Mercurio. She was predeceased by her son, Dennis M. Kenny, Jr. Survivors include sons, Colin Kenny of Goodland, FL, Thomas (Angela) Kenny of Vero Beach, FL and Jonathan Kenny of Manassas, VA, and daughter Michelle (William Jr.) Tanner of Haymarket, VA, sisters Mrs. Charlotte Lavery of Schooley’s Mountain, NJ and Mrs. Billie Moraveck of Shelton, CT. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren: William Tanner III, Amy Tanner and Addison Duma-Kenny, and 3 great-grandchildren: Kayleigh, Vanessa and William Tanner IV.
A mass of christian burial will be held Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church, 905 Park Ave., Falls Church, VA 22046. Following the mass will be an interment at 12:00 PM at Fairfax Memorial Park, 9900 Braddock Rd, Falls Church, VA 22032.
