Matthew Alan Dietz Rude

Matthew Alan Dietz Rude, age 35, of Mclean, Virginia passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Matt was born December 12, 1984. He is survived by his loving mother, Susan Dietz Rude; his devoted older brother, Jonathan Rude and Jon’s Fiancé, Janessa Clark; and Matt’s girlfriend, Magi Schug. He is reunited with his father, Rick Rude, who passed away in 2008. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncle and many Cousins and many friends. Matt was a graduate of Mclean High School and Fordham University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He was also a member of the American Chemical Society. Matt loved dogs especially Heidi, to work on cars, create art and music, and to work with his hands in general. Matt owned and operated his own business, DMV Dogs, which embraced his love of animals.
