Mercedes Leonarda Lopez (95), of Arlington, VA passed away on January 12, 2013. She was born on May 9, 1917 in Camaguey, Cuba. She is survived by her daughter, Elia Silvina Garcia and her husband Jose of Falls Church, VA. Adoring grandmother to Maria Garcia Hernandez and her husband Henry, Jose Ramon Garcia and his wife Kelly, and Betsy Garcia Fields and her husband Ronnie. Loving great-grandmother to Alina, Kelly, Tracy, Lesly, Kaitlyn, Andrew, Emily, Samantha, Dallas, Hunter and Colby. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. January 17, 2013 at National Memorial Park Cemetery, 7400 Lee Hwy., Falls Church, VA 22042.
