Patsy passed away peacefully at home on February 2nd. She was born in West Jefferson, NC and moved to Arlington, VA as a teenager. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, her three daughters, and three grandsons.
A graveside service for Patsy will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
