Raul Trejo

Raul Patricio Trejo Canessa nació en Valparaiso, Chile, el 26 de Agosto, 1941. Hijo de Raul Trejo Henriquez y Yolanda Italia Canessa Schiappacasse. Hermano de Yolanda y Juan Luis. Raul Estudio en el Colegio Salesiano y en Los Hermanos Maristas, egresado el año 1957 de su enseñanza media, hecho que fue destacado por la Prensa Chilena. Postuló a la Escuela de medicina y aprobó pero no le fue permitido ingresar ese mismo año por su corta edad, por lo que ingresó a La Univesidad Católica a la docencia en Química y Biología, carrera de la que se enamoró y de la que egreso en el año 1962, como docente llegó a ser Director del Liceo de Villa Alemana, Chile. En el año 1968 contrajo matrimonio con Sonia Fredes con la que tuvo sus hijos Patricio David y Sonia Andrea. En el año 1980 dio un vuelco a su vida y se fue a los Estados Unidos, país en el que tuvo sus dos hijos gemelos Bryan y Danny. Trabajo por El Captial Hilton en Washington D.C. por mas de 30 años. Raul fallecio el lunes 14 Diciembre 2015, rodeado por su esposa e hijos.

Raul Patricio Trejo Canessa was born in Valparaiso, Chile, on August 26, 1941. Son of Raul Trejo Henriquez and Yolanda Italia Canessa Schiappacasse. Brother to Yolanda and Juan Luis. Raul studied at the Colegio Salesiano and in the Hermanos Maristas school, graduating in 1957 from high school at the young age of 15, a fact that was highlighted by the local Chilean press. He applied for medical school and was accepted but was not allowed to attend that same year due to his young age, so he entered the Univesidad Catholica majoring in chemistry and biology. In 1962, after graduating, Raul became a chemistry and biology professor; a career which he fell in love with. He went on to become Director of the Liceo de Villa Alemana, Chile. In 1968, he married the love of his life, Sonia Fredes, with whom he had his son and daughter Patricio David and Sonia Andrea. Looking for a better life for his family, in 1980 he left Chile and moved his family to The United States, where his twin sons Bryan and Danny were born. He worked at The Capital Hilton in Washington D.C. for over 30 years. Raul passed away on Monday December 14, 2015, with his wife and children at his side.
