On Monday, July 1, 2013, Richard B. Singer of Bethesda, Maryland. Beloved husband of Nancy Orleans Singer. Devoted father of Todd and Keri Singer. Loving son of Melvin and Frances Singer. Richard is also survived by his best friend Lewis Schneider. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. at King David Memorial Gardens 7482 Lee Highway Falls Church, Virginia. The family will be observing Shiva Wednesday and Thursday nights at the residence of Nancy, Todd and Keri Singer. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Richard's memory to the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice .
