Mr. Truc Trung Huynh of Annandale, Virginia, was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at age 77, after a long, courageous battle with cancer, during which he stayed strong until the end.
Truc was born on July 5, 1944 in Thoi An, Rach Gia, Vietnam to Nhien Trung Huynh and De Thi Nguyen. A graduate of Da-Lat University in Vietnam, Truc was a former Senior Official of the Central Intelligence Office of the Republic of Vietnam, former Senior Administration Specialist of the Presidential Office of the Republic of Vietnam, and retired District Manager of financial services and insurance company Equitable in Virginia, USA.
While in Saigon, Vietnam, Truc met his wife, Minh-Ly, and they got married on November 15, 1973. Together, they had two children, Minh-Hai and Monique Da-Giang and immigrated to the United States in 1990. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, two children, three grandchildren, and three siblings.
Funeral services in his honor will be held at National Funeral Home (7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042) on Saturday, July 24, 2021, with viewing hours from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday, July 25, 2021 from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
