Marie V. Kaminski

Kaminski, Marie V., 96, longtime Bethpage resident passed away November 18, 2022. Beloved wife of 70 years to the late John. Loving mother of Diane Solano (Henry) and the late Robert. Cherished grandmother of Gina Rizzo (Ronald), Andrea DiBella and Olivia Solano. Adored great-grandmother of Salvatore and Robert John. Dear sister of Eleanor Sullivan. Marie was a dedicated registered nurse and enjoyed being able to help people in need. Although she was a nurse for a living, Marie was also the family caregiver and took pride in taking care of her loved ones. In her younger years, she loved to dance, ice skate and shop for antiques. She was an avid reader of biographies and the newspaper. Marie's favorite dinner was Polish or Italian food and she loved Werther's hard candies.  She always looked forward to the family's annual camping trips, where many memories were made. Her family will always remember her uplifting spirit and her beautiful smile she always had on her face. The family will receive visitors Monday, November 21st, 4-8 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Service Tuesday, November 22nd, 10 am at the funeral home. Interment following at St. Charles Cemetery.
