

Born in Shenandoah, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Lincoln and Frances Eisenhower McCloskey.
Ms Ruleman was a graduate of Northwest High School, Adelphi, MD. She worked for many years at the VA Hospital and was dedicated to the service of veterans and her community having organized blood drives for the American Red Cross, was VP of AFGE Union.
She loved to play “the machines”, crochet, sitting on her porch while watching wildlife and people were a favorite past time. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, especially at the amusement park, riding the log ride and enjoying funnel cakes.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt, Florence Johnson; her uncle and special mention, William “Billy” Johnson; a host of aunts and uncles, sister, Gail Frances Wheeler and Daisy, her beloved German Shepherd.
Left to cherish her memory include brother-in-law, Clayton Wheeler; daughter, Amanda “Mandy” Ruleman (Chris); nephew, Matthew Wheeler (Sarah); granddaughters, Natalie Ruleman, Allison Ruleman, and Nicole Swallick; great-granddaughter, Alaina Swallick; a special friend, Melissa Miklos; honorary daughter, Debra Davis; cousin, Nancy Sands; and grand fur-babies, Lacy and Winifred.
Graveside services lead by preacher Ryan Scott will be held at Huse Memorial Park in Fayetteville, WV at 1 pm on July 17th 2025.
