Mr. Clifford A Royal

Born November 29, 1940 in Fayetteville, WV, he was the son of the late Welzie and Della Mae Royal.

Mr. Royal was a retired forklift operator for a fence manufacturer in Bladensburg, MD.

He dearly loved his family and after retirement, enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donetta Royal; two sons, Casey Royal and Joseph Royal; two brothers, Elzie Royal and Richard Royal; and two sisters, Freda Nickel and Arbutus Weaver.

Left to cherish his memory include two sons, Wesly (Cheryl) Royal and Stephen (Tammy) Royal; daughter, Maryanne Royal; nine grandchildren, Joseph Royal Jr., Jessica Mahoney, Jeffrey Royal, John Royal, Jessica Jenkins, Levi Burgess, Larid Price, Anthony Royal and Regina Royal; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3:30P.M. Sunday, February 4th, 2024 at Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle 124 Oyler Ave, Oak Hill, WV with Pastor Sonny Craft officiating. At his request, he will be cremated following the services.

The family will receive friends from 2:30P.M. to 3:30P.M. Sunday, February 4th, 2024 at the church.
