Haven’t seen him sense high school very sorry for the family God Bless his family!!

I'm tremendously sorry to see David go so quickly. It's not fair, is it? He was so utterly devoted to his mom, he was such a good son taking care of her, and I was saddened when he lost her. And now he's gone. It really sucks. Dave was such a good guy to his friends and to animals of all kinds. The world is a little dimmer for his loss.

Dave was one of my oldest friends. I’ll miss our chats and his sense of humor. Such a loss.

David will truly be missed. He was a wonderful and very kind man. I so enjoyed working with him at the Oak Hill Animal Hospital.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I always admired Dave.  His tremendous empathy and giving heart was an inspiration.  The way he cared for all those animals who couldn’t even understand what he was doing for them and then the way he sacrificed to care for his mother. It all shows him to be a soul worth emulating.  He was a true teacher for us all.  We should all try to be like Dave by caring for each other and especially by helping the helpless as he did.  The many creatures who fell under his care have much to thank him for and I thank him for being the inspiration he was to me.  His was a good soul and I hope he’s  at rest and at peace.  I will always remember David or “Critter” as we called him and I will try my very best to follow his example.  Thank you for the lesson David.  May you forever be at peace.  I’ll miss you dearly.

I was so sad to hear of David’s passing. He was a very nice guy, helpful, loved animals and funny.  He was a few years ahead of me in high school, I remember him well. He also helped with my class reunion years ago. We have been friends since. He was close to his mom as he talked about her often. I am so sorry to hear of her passing too.  My prayers are with your family at this difficult time. Thinking of you, sending prayers, and I’m so sad to hear both passed away so close together. 

David was, without a doubt, the funniest person I have ever met.  He was always popular with his co-workers due to his generous nature and extraordinary sense of humor.  David could easily draw anyone into conversation with his friendly demeanor, clever observations, and comical language.  As fellow co-workers, we would frequently try to one-up each other while taking a joke to the extreme, but David was the master of pun and hilarity and no one could ever match his quick wit.

While David was a dependable source of jokes and laughter, he was also a devoted son, brother, and friend as well as an avid supporter of pets and wildlife.  David was very much a part of the Oak Hill Animal Hospital family and we are all terribly heartbroken.  The laughter has faded with the loss of our dear friend.

You will be sadly missed.  Your smile and kindness will never be forgotten.  

David was always a very quiet, nice neighbor.  He will be missed.  Such a nice guy.

I will always remember our days of movies, football games, driving around and just hanging out at the local arcade game rooms.  He was like my brother.  Infact him and Ricky were star wars buddies.  He was a great friend and will always be missed. 

Things I admired most about David were his respect and devotion to the women in his life, his mother and sister Carrie. He was fiercely loyal and protective of them both. David also had a love, giving heart and healing hands for all animals in his life, work ethic and volunteering. Lastly David had a quick and witty sense of humor that was infectious. They say you can tell a lot about a man by the way he treats his mother and or dog, David was blessed with both of these endearing, honorable qualities and will be remembered and sadly missed by me and my family. Our condolences to Carrie, Bruce and his Oak Hill Animal Hospital Family.

David was an avid lover of dogs. We would talk when I visited Oak Hill Animal Hospital. He was a softspoken individual who would do whatever he could for animals. So sorry to hear of his passing and also his dear mother at the same time. May they both Rest in Peace.

David was such a wonderful friendly person who had so much compassion for animals and people.  RIP Sweet David.

I am sorry to hear about David.  He was such a kind hearted man and loved to joke around.  He will be missed.
